At Bridal Studio by Ali, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and ensuring that every bride experiences the best of our craftsmanship. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the bespoke nature of our bridal designs, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
We do offer a Conditional Exchange policy if you encounter any quality issues with your product.
Conditions for Exchange
If you find that your bridal attire has a defect in terms of quality or craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must initiate a query through our customer service, and our Quality Department will promptly assess the issue. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases if a major fault is found.
Exemptions
Please note that customized orders or items purchased with a discount are not eligible for returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
